About The Role
The Associate Director - Supply Chain & Logistics will own end-to-end logistics, warehousing, installations, and dispatch operations for India as well as the international operations of Teachmint. This role will build scalable infrastructure, ensure SLA adherence, and drive ruthless cost optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead warehousing, dispatch, and installation ops
- Own Order-to-delivery SLAs
- Translate sales forecasts into stock-in plans
- Drive logistics and warehousing cost optimization
- Build scalable processes and data systems
Key Requirements
- 4+ years in logistics or supply chain operations
- Proven experience managing large teams and vendors
- Strong forecasting and data planning skills
- Frugal, cost-focused operator
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering or Management Graduate from a Tier-1 institution
- Experience of scaling operations in high-growth companies
Travel Requirement
Occasional domestic travel
